BOOKINGS
Customers can book appointments 12 hours before start time up to 3 months into the future.
ADULTS CONSENT
All new clients are required to bring proof of identity with date of birth to your first consult. If you are under the age of 18 years you will be required to have a parent/guardian attend and sign a treatment consent form. No treatments will be performed without adult consent.

Glo Aesthetics Geelong is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.
We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect include: names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers. This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including interviews, correspondence, by telephone, by email, via our website gloaesthetics.au, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, and from cookies and from third parties, including our booking and client manager software provider Timely Ltd. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.Technical information may also be collected automatically, including without limitation the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or device to the Internet, details of your visit to our website, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.
We may work with third parties (for example: business partners; sub-contractors in technical; payment; delivery services; advertising networks; analytics providers; search information providers; credit reference agencies and fraud prevention service providers) and may receive information about you from them.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing. When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
You may have the opportunity to subscribe to certain areas of the website and marketing lists. For instance you may wish to receive a newsletter or other marketing information (by email or direct mail) or enter competitions. In these circumstances we may ask for additional information, such as your age, occupation, interests, etc. We will also treat this information as “personal information,” as described in this policy. This will help us to target our marketing in a way we feel would be of specific interest to you.
USE OF ANALYTICS AND TARGETED ADVERTISING TOOLS
In order to better serve our website, visitors and customers, we may use Google Analytics features (more information about these features can be found google.com/policies/privacy/partners) You can opt-out of the Google Analytics features and customise Google Display Network ads using the Ad Settings. As an added privacy measure, you can download and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
SENSITIVE INFORMATION

If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing. Glo Aesthetics Geelong will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information. In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
MAINTAINING THE QUALITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. If you find that the information we have is not up to date or is inaccurate, please advise us as soon as practicable so we can update our records and ensure we can continue to provide quality services to you.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES
If you need to reschedule/cancel your upcoming appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. You will be emailed a personalised booking link to cancel/reschedule appointments as required, or you can login to the customer portal from our website at any time.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
Clients will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if appointments are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time.
